Digital Campaign Manager

The Role:
We have big plans to build on our success and are currently going through a very exciting period of expansion. This has created a new opportunity for a Digital Marketing Manager [DCM].

As Digital Marketing Manager you will be part of our growing Acquisition Team, and become the master of acquisition of sign-ups through digital channels, increasing the role digital campaigns play in our overall channel mix and going deep on the analysis of their performance.

Why we’re looking:
We’re looking to diversify our acquisition channel mix and want digital to play a bigger part. We’ve got ambitious growth plans this year and you’ll play a key role in hitting our overall sign-up targets by optimising existing digital channels and unlocking plenty of new ones.

What you’ll be responsible for:
• Analysing the performance of existing digital campaigns, optimising them and scaling them to deliver greater volume of sign-ups.
• Developing a strategy for the testing of a wide range of new digital channels, and making recommendations on their role in our acquisition mix.
• Leading the development of our online creative and the implementation / reporting of online creative testing.
• Work with the Head of Acquisition in forecasting marketing spend and sign-ups from digital channels and their role within the overall mix.
• Be the key point of contact for digital with our media agency and other digital agencies we work with.
• Make recommendations on the use of specialist agencies in the development of digital acquisition for graze.
• Becoming the thought leader on digital direction and keeping abreast of developments in online direct response marketing.

Within 6 months of starting, you will have tested a wide range of new digital campaigns and analysed their performance against our key acquisition KPIs (cost per trialist, conversion, CTR). You will have a clear understanding of the role each can play (or not) in our overall sign-up targets and developed an opinion on the potential use of external agencies. You will have assessed all existing spend on digital campaigns, implemented optimisation, demonstrated improvements in performance and made recommendations on their future use in the overall acquisition mix.

What we’re looking for in you:
• An exceptionally logical approach, commercial curiosity and strive for accuracy and detail.
• Aspiration to learn fast and develop a strong skill set in the field of digital acquisition marketing.
• A highly analytical mind with notable problem-solving skills.
• An overall understanding of the considerations which are integral to a good experience for online acquisition.
• Eagerness to take responsibility for delivering projects from start to end, inclusive but not limited to: campaign scoping, campaign strategy, creative input, campaign implementation, analysis and reporting.
