Research and User Experience Director
We are on the hunt for a talented Research & User Experience Director.
As the Head of Research and User Experience at BLACKSTONE, you will have a key leadership role within the organisation. Through this position, you will have responsibility for the successful implementation of Research and User Experience (UX) as capabilities within the business and will be tasked to not only act as BLACKSTONE’s lead Research and UX representative on specific projects but to act as the respected leader and educator of Research and UX across the entire business.
In working as the Head of Research & UX, you will be required to oversee the whole UX lifecycle through the core areas of research, planning, design and evaluation. You will be required to gather client, business and user requirements, develop information architecture, content structures, usability and functional specifications and testing regimes.
You will plan and conduct research, create site structures and page architecture as well as taxonomies, navigation and labeling systems. Finally you will be expected to write all relevant documentation and deliver prototypes that ensure there is a balance between functional and user centered design and an aesthetic ideal.

• UXD communicate architecture ideas, usability and functionality choices clearly.
• UXD love designing for different channels.
• HRUX collaborate closely with team members and clients to ensure the best outcome.
• UXD stay current with trends and industry publications.
• UXD must have more than 7 years commercial experience.
• UXD applicants must have educated degree level in a relevant discipline.
